Happy Holidays, time to reflect and regenerate

As we enter into the holiday season, we wanted to spend some time reflecting on our service to others over and above, molding our customers’ futures.

PlastiCert donated to our local high schools; we sponsored athlete banquets, training trip expenses, Booster clubs by displaying sports photos in our lobby, sponsored sports broadcasting on radio and TV, Homecoming, Post-Prom party, High Mileage Vehicle STEM Program, sponsoring visits to our plant to talk about careers in manufacturing and introducing students to manufacturing and injection molding; volunteering to sit on the Systems Accountability Committee (Curriculum Review), STEM Project Lead The Way Advisory Board, judging engineering design projects and Rube Goldberg Machine contests, and donating parts that could be utilized in shop classes to illustrate product assembly.

We donated to the National Down Syndrome Society through sponsoring an athlete running in the Marine Corps Marathon

Donated to the Winona Area Symphony Orchestra to enable free concerts for music students through SE MN.

Adopted a family through the local Giving Tree to help brighten their Christmas with gifts and food

Significant matching grant to our city to facilitate the unexpected rebuilding of a local park to meet new safety requirements

We supported youth outdoor orienteering activities through the MN Deer Hunters Association.

Supported the Great River Shakespeare Festival enabling students from throughout the area to attend and experience the wonders of the theater

Provided financial and volunteer support for the local Heartland Days celebration

Sponsored an Osman Shrine parade entry at Heartland Days to help children get the medical assistance they need and provide entertainment for the parade attendees

Donated to the scholarship program at Winona State University benefiting Composite Engineering students

Donated to a scholarship memorial fund at the San Antonio Alamo Colleges Foundation

Donated to the Southwest Minnesota State University Scholarship Foundation

Supported the Minnesota Beethoven Festival to facilitate opportunities for youth to experience world renowned classical music talent.

Volunteered our time at local churches, youth athletics, business, civic, government and social groups

Donated to the Minnesota Swim Coaches Association to help fund the annual True Team competition fostering opportunities for high school boy and girl team swimmers and divers to compete at the University of Minnesota, one of the premier natatoriums in the country

At PlastiCert, our mission statement includes………. “and a recognized responsibility to the community around us”. We dedicate ourselves to living that every day.

We’ll be closed from Dec 21st through January 1st, allowing all of us here at PlastiCert to rest, recharge, and spend time with family and friends. We hope that you can accomplish the same and have a VERY enjoyable holiday season!
