We’ve come a long way since our Management Buyout 11 years ago.
We’ve replaced all our capital equipment in the Mold Shop AND Injection Molding floor, spending millions of dollars.
Spent another million on our building, adding additional square footage to our building and moving the Mold Shop and Injection Molding floor to make them more efficient and flow better.
PlastiCert total headcount is up 41%*, but our payroll has increased 111%.
As we made these changes:
We realized a revenue increase of 140%.
Our net profits are up 188% (funding the improvements we are making).
Through it all, our customer turnover is near zero. In fact, two that left over that period have also returned.
We’ve been named a World Class Processor and awarded a North American Top Shop 3 times.
We won two When Work Works awards for running a flexible and effective workplace.
We knew that running more efficiently, paying better, and building the business focusing on customers that worked with our model, would pay off.
Still, we are gratified that we are seeing the positive results we expected.
