Solving customer problems – they come in all forms

Probably the most common problem we solve is the conversion of a metal part to a plastic or composite part. Our current partners come to us when they are considering a change and we can walk them through the things to consider, based on the design at hand. We have, walked through a customer’s plant looking at their products in assembly, and pointed out metal parts that would be candidates for conversion to composites.

Secondly, customers come to us with molds and parts that one of their other molding supplier struggles with or in some cases has refused to continue to run them. We have yet to be unable to make parts from one of these molds. We have received Chinese molds, Czechoslovakian molds and a myriad of domestic yet abused molds that we have been able to get parts out of with some cleaning and slight modifications.

PlastiCert’s mission is to provide injection molding expertise. We consider ourselves to be our customers’ molding expert whether it comes to materials selection, part design, mold optimization and part processing optimization.
