Summer – work AND play in effect

It’s summertime, which in Minnesota means get out and enjoy yourself.

At the same time, revenue is up 16% over the prior year. How do we keep up with growth AND have fun?

Well, we stay focused, stay efficient, and make sure we make time for fun!

We are still grilling out lunch here at PlastiCert. With our growth, new addition, new equipment, more people, we had to also invest in our grilling abilities.

We have participated in multiple charity golf outings and sponsored a few more than that benefiting the humane society; special needs employment; the local festival; our local baseball program; college scholarships for multiple groups, even the Shriner’s Children’s Hospitals.

We’ll be having our own summer picnic shortly with a golf outing kickoff followed by games, dinner and socializing in one of our city parks.

At PlastiCert, work isn’t just about satisfying our customers’ needs. It includes satisfying our own needs as well. In the summertime, that includes having some fun. Are all your needs being met?
