And you thought we were done?

If you saw last week’s post, we talked about PlastiCert’s philanthropic endeavors here in 2025. As all of us in manufacturing realize, the year is not done yet.

Since it started, PlastiCert has participated in the local community sharing tree. Families sign up their children giving information on their needs, from clothes, to personal items, to toys and games. (It is staggering and humbling how many of them just want clothes and personal items). PlastiCert receives the details on the children assigned to us and the shopping begins. Over the next few weeks, we typically get more children assigned as late requests come in. The organizers know we are happy to accommodate the need.

After shopping begins the wrapping, which is done with care and emphasis on the WOW factor for the kids receiving the items on their wish list.

Although we are holding a January Holiday party where all coworkers are welcome to come out for an evening of socializing, dinner and relaxing, this week we had lunch catered in. With Christmas carols playing in the background, a holiday themed cranberry chicken with wild rice, green beans, and rolls was enjoyed by all. Multiple people brought sweet treats to round out the event.

Our mission: to service our customers with plastic injection molding expertise; in an environment that fosters personal growth, professional challenge, and a recognized responsibility to the community around us.

What we also do is look to take care of our people. Our coworkers apply themselves on a daily basis to look out for our customers, and it is on us as leaders to look out for our people while they make that happen.

To our customers, suppliers, and friends, as the year draws to a close, we at PlastiCert want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your continued trust and partnership. It is our hope that while fulfilling our mission, we have contributed to helping you achieve yours.

 This holiday season, we wish you peace, joy, and time to celebrate with your loved ones.
