What industries does PlastiCert serve?

Each opportunity is evaluated according to its technical, tooling, quality and recurring production requirements.
Does PlastiCert design the customer’s product?
PlastiCert does not replace the customer’s product-design team. We provide DFM, material, tooling and process input that helps engineering teams understand what is practical to mold, inspect and sustain in production.
Can PlastiCert support an existing or transferred mold?
Yes. PlastiCert can evaluate transferred tooling, document its condition and recommend repairs or modifications through our in-house tool shop. Every mold is assessed according to its condition and program requirements.
What type of production is the best fit?
PlastiCert is strongest in recurring low- to medium-volume production where engineering involvement, complex materials, inserts, tooling support or additional value-added work matter more than the lowest commodity piece price.
