Company Core Values – Character matters

PlastiCert has a list of Core Values that we try to operate the business on. Some of them reflect our mission statement surrounding customer service and justifying expense versus cost to the customer.

More apply to just doing the right thing and treating others as you would be treated.

Accountability: Accept and delegate responsibility, being accountable to each other.

Adhere to Principles and Doing the right thing. We are honest, open, ethical, and fair. Customers  and coworkers trust us to adhere to our word

Integrity means you can make money without it being at someone else’s expense

Be Humble, Empathetic and Genuine; Treat others with respect

Good Citizenship; build social value by Paying it Forward

PlastiCert believes that in business, like life, character does matter. We work with and do not work with suppliers and customers that mirror that need for character and ethics.  That is how we won awards for both what we do, and how we treat the people we do it with!

I’ve heard the number that nationally, 70 percent of manufacturing companies have 20 employees or less. Here in Minnesota, I think I have heard it is 80% have 50 or less, 60% have 20 or less. Being large or small, sentiment communicated from the front office pervades the entire organization.

Character does matter, whether you may be good at making a product or delivering a service  and making money at it, what you do to make money at it matters. If PlastiCert cannot trust that entity, why would we want to work with them?

Do you trust your providers? Need a supplier that you can trust? Give PlastiCert a call.
