PlastiCert has always excelled at service. Providing our customers what they ask for, if it is within our means to provide.

We have been doing secondary operations for decades, including assembly work. Part of that includes winding a motor stator, (quite far from injection molding composites).

 

2025 has us now doing a complete finished product assembly and placing it into POS packaging ready for shelves and shipping to the end customer.

Long a champion of the entrepreneur, this customer came to us with an established product but made from off-the-shelf components and not very manufacturable.

PlastiCert designed/transferred his product into CAD files, designed and made a mold, incorporated his sources, and set up an assembly line that followed the molding to deliver a product ready for sale.

 

Typically, we do not perform product design. In this instance, after talking with the company owner, we felt it was a good step to take.

We are glad we did. The customer is glad we did.

                    

Initial shipments are going out the door as you read this. The customer is elated and we are as well.
