PlastiCert implements new phone system.

PlastiCert has engaged with local internet provider Hiawatha Broadband Communications. Already utilizing HBC’s fiber optic internet services, PlastiCert has engaged with a hosted VOiP system that will allow PlastiCert to better communicate with its customers. “This hosted system is a great advantage for a small manufacturer like us”, commented Craig Porter, President & owner of PlastiCert. “We will continue to personally answer the majority of calls to our facility; we now have an entirely new grab bag of tools to help us attend to our customers’ needs”.
