PlastiCert promotes Ben Ninas to Vice President of Operations
Lewiston, MN / February 6, 2019 –PlastiCert, a 38 year provider of innovative and service oriented composite injection mold design and injection molding services announces that effective immediately Ben Ninas has been promoted to Vice President of Operations.
Mr. Ninas, formerly the Director of Operations at PlastiCert, has proven himself to be capable of handling the company’s day-to-day operations. “When I promoted Ben last time, I commented that Ben is one of those gifted engineers that is technically knowledgeable, but also has keen business sense and communication skills” remarked PlastiCert President and Owner Craig Porter. “Ben reminds me of myself in many ways. I am quite comfortable having Ben get more involved in running the daily affairs of the business, freeing me up for long term planning and bigger picture strategizing. I’ll be looking to add some staff in Materials Management and Sales Management to help him continue to further our vision of providing our customers the composite injection molding expertise they require to design and market successful products.”
Ben Ninas graduated from the only Composites Engineering Program in the US, offered here locally at Winona State University. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Composite Materials Engineering with a minor in Mathematics. He also holds a Lean Manufacturing Certification through Winona State University Continuing Education and has completed the Winona Area Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Winona course.
