Our continuing ode to Dr. W. Edwards Deming and his book titled “Out of the Crisis” summarizing his famous 14-point management philosophy.

Deming Point # 14 – Make “transformation” everyone’s job

Improve your overall organization by having each person take a step toward quality, leave no one behind to be the weak link.

Analyze each small step, in the context of the bigger picture and how it fits into that larger picture.

Use effective change management systems to introduce the concepts of what you are doing. Introduce the framework, the tools and the goal that improvement is continuous, due to constant change there is no end point.
